Note: Since Real Estate Management Contracts are considered an "Einfacher Auftrag" according to the law, you are allowed to terminate it at any time (except during inconvenient times - for example, during the annual financial statement) with immediate effect. Even if your current contract has a longer duration or includes a minimum contract period, you can withdraw from it.
